By accessing or using HolyCreed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HolyCreed delivers daily Bible confessions, guided confession plans, monthly declarations, and tools to create personal declarations. Features may evolve over time.

• Authentication is via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign In only — there is no email and password option.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• HolyCreed offers Free and Premium tiers.
• Premium includes a 7-day free trial. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
• Pricing: $4.99 / month or $34.99 / year.
• Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancel through your store settings.

• Custom creeds and personal declarations you create are your content.
• You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
• You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or abusive content.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not share account credentials or transfer your subscription.

• All HolyCreed content, branding, plans, and curated creeds are the intellectual property of HolyCreed.
• Scripture itself is in the public domain. Specific translations may have their own copyrights held by their publishers.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolyCreed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where applicable, local consumer protection laws still apply.
